Start by choosing a workout with a special section that works just on the arms. Many workout videos for women also have special videos that are devoted to arm exercises alone! Once you've chosen your workout video, commit to doing the workout at least a couple times a week. Once you've gotten in the habit of doing it, increase the amount of times per week you do the workout until you're doing it almost every day. Then you'll really start seeing results! Most workouts for women are meant to be done on a regular basis and might not have much of an impact on your body if you just do the workout sporadically. Many people have the misconception that working out the arms too much will actually add bulk to the arms, but if you're not working with weights, you'll simply attain a leaner, more attractive look in your arms.
If you eat well and avoid empty calories, you'll notice that you'll lose weight off your arms even faster! Remember that if you exercise but still continue to eat a poor diet that doesn't include a lot of nutrition, that the workouts won't make as much of a difference and you might be tempted to quit using them when you aren't seeing dramatic results.
